How can we help you to improve?

It is very important for us the establishment of the IEEE Siberian Section. The Russian Section has not help us for technical reasons and geographically long way position. Also we need an IEEE bank account for accumulate our funds for receiving the IEEE benefits as well as annual payment quickly.
Our Student Branch never had financial support from IEEE entities. So we are expected for financial support of our conferences as well as some travel grants for R8 representatives, participated in our conferences.
