Registration

Advance registration is performed through sending of full paper or paying of the registration fee. Final registration of participants will be held on sessions.

Regular Author Registration Includes: Paper Presentation, Proceedings CD, Attendance to all Sessions, Conference Program, Name Tag, Coffee Breaks, Certificate of Participation and Small Handbag.

Participation

To take part at the conference, it is necessary to send to Organizing Committee the full papers and to pay the registration fee. Each participant in the count of registration fee can present not more two papers. At least one author per paper MUST REGISTER for the SIBCON Conferences.

Registration Fee

The registration fee – $280 for IEEE members and $380 for other participants needs be paid only upon receipt of the official invitation letter, which will be sent to the first author by mail. Registration fee includes attendance to all sessions, one copy of the Proceedings, welcome reception, banquet, cultural/technical visits, and coffee breaks. Taxes included.

Student/IEEE Life member registrations must provide proof of current student/IEEE Life membership status at the Conference.

National Instruments Seminar will be held in conjunction with SIBCON. You are cordially invited to participate for free.

Companion registration includes: Welcome reception.

Send the scanned receipt to the address scinews@main.tusur.ru. In the text of the letter it is necessary to indicate the names of the article(s) for which payment was made. Please specify exactly the surnames listed in the article, otherwise we will not be able to determine who transferred the payment.

ОРГВЗНОСЫ В РУБЛЯХ :

Регистрационный взнос, в который входит оплата публикации доклада, перерывы на кофе, фуршет и экскурсии, составит 11500 руб. для членов IEEE, 8500 руб. для студентов и аспирантов и 19500 руб. для остальных участников.

Оплата оргвзноса возможна от физического или юридического лица. Порядок оплаты изложен в документах, приведенных ниже. Просим вас ознакомиться с ними и выбрать удобный для вас способ.

Insurance

Registration fees do not include insurance of any kind. The Conference organizers cannot accept liability for personal injuries sustained, or for loss or damage of property belonging to Conference participants (or their accompanying persons). It is strongly recommended that all delegates take out their own travel insurance prior to coming to the Meeting. The Conference Secretariat will not take any responsibility for any participants failing to insure. Please seek further information from your travel agent.
