Sponsorship has two main forms or hybrids thereof: in-kind sponsorship or financial sponsorship. An in-kind sponsorship can be something like paying for conference venue, hiring a car to transport conference delegates between destinations (airport, hotel & conference venue), or/and making conference souvenirs (badges, pens, notepads or bags). Revenue generated from sponsorship will be used principally to fund the cost involved in organising the conference. Any surplus will be used as seed money for subsequent events.

Promotional material The company has the opportunity to include company’s brochure and a gift/giveaway in the attendee pack and conference bags that is distributed to participants upon registration at the conference.
Exhibition opportunity The company can have a stand Complimentary Exhibition Table in the conference registration area.
Conference Proceedings The company logo will appear on the cover of conference proceedings CDs. The company will also have electronic documents of company inserted in the CD.
Opening/Conclusions speech The company’s representative can also deliver the Opening speech of the whole Conference and read the Conclusions at the end.
