Participating in SIBCON Conferences provides your company a unique opportunity to show and propose your products and services to a large number of leading specialists and organizations. Here you will be able to meet face-to-face with existing clients and new business prospects.
Sponsorship has two main forms or hybrids thereof: in-kind sponsorship or financial sponsorship. An in-kind sponsorship
can be something like paying for conference venue, hiring a car to transport conference delegates between destinations (airport,
hotel & conference venue), or/and making conference souvenirs (badges, pens, notepads or bags). Revenue generated from
sponsorship will be used principally to fund the cost involved in organising the conference. Any surplus will be used as seed
money for subsequent events.
Making this important decision allows your company to:
- Introduce new products and services;
- Showcase your advanced technologies, services, and expertise;
- Personally interact with potential clients and current customers;
- Acquire valuable sales leads and customer feedback;
- Establish and reinforce your marketing message and relationships with key buyers.
We offer several varying options for sponsorship for SIBCON,
presenting varying degrees and types of exposure and covering a large
range of prices.
The options of sponsorship are:
If you do not find a package that meets your needs
exactly, we will work with you to create a custom package that fulfils
all of your requirements.
SIBCON is sponsored by the IEEE Electron Devices Society (ED-S) and Tomsk Joint MTT-S Chapter, Tomsk, Russia.
The IEEE Electron Devices Society is a transnational society with more than 8,500 members and 150 chapters worldwide. Our Society promotes the advancement of microwave theory and its applications, including RF, microwave, millimeter-wave, and terahertz technologies.
For more than 60 years the ED-S has worked to advance the professional standing of its members and enhance the quality of life for all people through the development and application of electron devices. As we enter into an exciting future, our mission is to continue to understand and influence electron technology, and to provide a forum for all electron engineers. The ED-S will continue to be the global focus for promotion of the electron devices engineering profession, by advancing and distributing knowledge and supporting professional development. This is an all- volunteer society, driven to excellence by its leadership, with the active participation of all its world-wide members. The activities sponsored by the ED-S include a broad spectrum of conferences, workshops, tutorials, technical committees, chapter meetings, publications and professional education programs. Our principal publications and conferences are world class, peer reviewed and recognized as top of class. Our professional venues provide a great opportunity for networking with experienced innovators, experts, and practitioners. Our volunteer programs provide for development of critical, non-technical skills that enable you to be more effective professionally.
The annual International Electron Devices Material (IEDM) Symposium is flagship conference. We are proud that ED-S sponsored SIBCON too in serving the global engineering communties.
The ED-S publishes peer-reviewed technical papers in the Transactions of Electron Devices, the Transactions on Terahertz Science and Technology, the Microwave and Electron Devices Letters, and the ED-S Newsletter. More information on how to access our papers and to write for our publications can be found at http://www.ed-s.org/publications.html. Of particular interest to our IEEE Region 8 communities, we are providing a group of selected articles.
