The Officers of the branch are Chair, Vice-Chair, Treasurer and Secretary. Their roles are described in the constitution as well as the new executive defined executive roles. The Branch Counselor provides support in everything the branch decides to pursue, by providing ideas, advice, and contacts. He also ensures that the branch is administered in accordance with IEEE regulations.

Other members of the executive are either elected or appointed by the current exec to help spread out the work involved in running the IEEE Office as well as organizing events.

To ensure that each consecutive executive team maintains or improves the quality of services to their members as well as membership numbers, IEEE Tomsk SB adopted its constitution in June 2000.
