Tomsk Student Branch offers a wide variety of services to students and employees. Volunteers provide services that will help employees to receive the IEEE journals and periodical, for other students be ready for exams, finish assignments, write lab reports, prepare resumes etc.

Branch events are opened to all students, not just those who are members of the IEEE (though we do actively encourage membership).

As a student, you can become a member of the IEEE at a significantly discounted rate, giving you access to many resources and opportunities as well as supporting your local student branch.
